The authentication and encryption key shared between
the Radius client and this Radius Server.
When the bsnRadiusAuthServerKeyFormat is hex it
can have max length of 128 bytes. If the 
bsnRadiusAuthServerKeyFormat is Ascii it can have
max length of 64 bytes.
