Hundredth downstream frames per codeword. For G.dmt Mode and G.lite Mode
this value corresponds to the data-frames per DMT-symbol. For ADSL2, ADSL2lite,
and ADSL2+ modes the value corresponds to the mux data frames per codeword in a
particular latency path. This value is only valid when the link is up.
