Indicates that the Node Alarm Level alarm has cleared. This alarm is only generated by the Switch Module in the COT node (node 1). Each subtended RT node shares its alarm status with the COT. adTa5kTreeNetworkingNodeAlarmLevelClear indicates that there all active alarms on the RT node have been cleared.
