Object
Provisioned Secondary Peer IP address. If this object is set to a valid non-zero IP address and Inverse ARP is enabled, the address much match that learned from the Inverse ARP protocol. If they do not match, nor does the adGenFrPVCPrimaryIpAddress match, then user data transmission over the PVC will be disabled and the adGenFrPVCState object will report inactive(3).
