The Ethernet Virtual Path Link (EVPL) table.  A
bi-directional EVPL is modeled as one entry
in this table. This table can be used for
EVPL end-points for cross-connects and bridge
associations. In general, evp-evp cross-connects are needed
ONLY if tag translation is required, as direct-mapping is inherent.
