In dBm, e.g. '-30'. Leave empty or 0 to disable. Must be
greater or equal to the 'Excessive signal detection threshold'.
Roaming will occur whenever the current AP signal is above this
value, and there is an acceptable candidate around. When selecting
the next AP, the ones above this value are considered last.
