column r/w SNMPv2-SMIInteger32 
This object controls maximum Flooding or Broadcast Rate:
Max number of multicast along with unknown 
or flooded unicast frames allowed to enter 
any port. 
The number is presented as percentage of bandwidth.        
Once the limit is exceeded, any multicast or flooded 
frame entering from the port is discarded
For RIC-155 valid values are 0-100 
For FCD-155 valid values are 3% , 6%, 12% 
and 100% = No Limit
