The variable maskingSourceAddress and maskingSourceActiveBits will be treated as MAC, or NET address. - If maskingProtocolType = 'all', 'sna', 'netbios', dec or 'unknown', the maskingSourceMacOrNet can be macAddress only! - If maskingProtocolType = 'ip' the maskingSourceMacOrNet can be macAddress or netAddress or appleAddress. - If maskingProtocolType = 'ipx', the maskingSourceMacOrNet can be either macAddress or netAddress. - If maskingProtocolType = 'apple', the maskingSourceMacOrNet can be either macAddress or appleAddress.
