This entry specifies the FANs existence and status. Each fan will be represented by 2 bits, where the first bit (right) will specify the existence: (0= Not exist, 1=exist), and the left bit will specify it's status (0= OK, 1=FAIL), so for each fan: 00 - FAN does not exist 01 - FAN exists and OK 11 - FAN exists and is Failed bits 0-1 are for first fan bits 2-3 are for 2nd fan (if exists).
