This parameter is only relevant for the TP8410 on the Mediant
3000. This parameter is enabled when bspTimingModuleCfgTimingMode
is set to TM-External-MODE(1).
One of the following possible values: OOR-9-2to12ppm(0),OOR-40to52ppm(1),OOR-100to130ppm(2),OOR-64to83ppm(3),OOR-13-8to18ppm(4),OOR-24-6to32ppm(5),OOR-36-6to47-5ppm(6),OOR-52to67-5ppm(7).
