Sets SC/MVIP/H.100/H.110 to either: 
          
0 = Slave mode (another board in the system must supply the
clock to the TDM bus) or Master mode (the board is the clock
source for the TDM bus) or Secondary Master mode (for H100/H110
Bus only).  
1 = H110A Master in Master mode
2 = H.110B Master.
