Controls the DHCP renewal speed. When set to 0, the DHCP lease
renewal is disabled. Otherwise, the renewal time is divided
by this factor. Some DHCP-enabled routers perform better
when set to 4.
          
0 = Disable DHCP 
1 = Normal 
2 to 10 = Fast.
Access: Offline.
