time in current year.
2 Possible Formats: 1. (Day of Year) mo:dd:hh:mm . 2. (Day
of Month) mo:wday/week:hh:mm where week of month is 01-04, or
05 for specifying last week of the month, and wday is one
of the Week Days: SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT.
