Object
This is a counter that tracks the number of times the system has crashed and a reboot sequence is begun by the exception handler. Note, some type of crashes are not able to update this counter due to various hardware lockups. Also note, this counter will be incremented when a user resets the system from the command line (RS). This will not be incremented, however, when the user reboots the system from the command line (RB).
