column mandatory r/w OctetString 
The Service Profile Identification number assigned by a North American ISDN
switch provider to identify the service profile of a ISDN unit.  Valid 
characters are numeric IA5 characters ( 0 to 9 ).  Maximum number of
characters is 20.
The path has to be enabled for the new setting to take effect.
