OctetString
This object contains the telephone number of the
remote sit to be dialed. This is used whenever
a dial-up Path is brought up. Spaces and hyphens (-)
are allowed and ignored, and semi-colons (;) indicate
a delay (as supported by the modem).
If no number is specified by this object, then it
is assumed the modem will automatically dial a
preconfigured number when DTR is raised.
