scalar mandatory r/w Enumeration 
This object is used to control load splitting.  If 
split (1), is specified, the traffic load is distributed
among a set of least-equal-cost paths.  These paths
are selected on a round-robin basis.  If a path is
unreachable, it is not considered a candidate for load
splitting.
