column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
This object applies to ARP requests for networks or
subnetworks that are in the IP routing table.  When
this is the case, this system will respond to the
request with the MAC address of this system's 
interface if the value of this object is proxy (1).
Otherwise, no ARP response is sent.
              
This object corresponds to the UI parameter: -arp control
