service reachability information is accepted
only from those neighbors listed in the Neighbor
Policy Table for which a3ipxPolSapNbrType = receive(2)
or both(3).
              
If this object is set to inverse(2), then 
service reachability information is accepted
from any neighbor except those neighbors listed
in the Neighbor Policy Table for which
a3ipxPolSapNbrType = receive(2) or both(3).
