This object enables or disables the use of the
entries in the RIP Neighbor Policy Table 
(a3ipxPolRipNbrTable) that apply to neighbors 
to which routing information is advertised.
              
In other words, this object enables or disables
the use of those entries in the Neighbor Policy
Table for which a3ipxPolRipNbrType = advertise(2)
or both(3).
