advertised.  This table also defines a set of
neighbors from which route and service reachability
information is accepted.
          
NOTE: this table is not supported by NETBuilders
running sw version 8.0 and greater.  The functionality
provided by this table has been replaced by
a3ipxPolRipNbrTable and a3ipxPolSapNbrTable.
