column obsolete r/w Enumeration 
If this object is set to normal(1), then route
and service reachability information is accepted
only from those neighbors listed in the Neighbor
Policy Table for which a3ipxPolNbrType = receive(2)
or both(3).
              
If this object is set to inverse(2), then route
and service reachability information is accepted
from any neighbor except those neighbors listed
in the Neighbor Policy Table for which 
a3ipxPolNbrType = receive(2) or both(3).
              
NOTE: this object is not supported by NETBuilders
running sw version 8.0 and greater.  Its functionality
has been replaced by a3ipxRipPolNbrCtlTable and
a3ipxSapPolNbrCtlTable.
