This object returns the size of the bridge
forwarding table in units of 2^(9+n) where
n is the value of this object.  Thus, if this
object has the value 2, then the bridge 
forwarding table has 2048 entries.
          
If this value is changed, via a set, the 
new value will take affect only after the
bridging service is disabled and re-enabled.
