This object specifies the maximum rate at which the selected
          
types of packet may be received from a port before excess
          
packets are discarded.  The limit is specified in packets per
          
second.  To assist in calculating a suitable limit, note that
          
the absolute maximum transmission rates of packets on an
          
ethernet network is
          
        10Mbps:  14880
          
    and 100Mbps: 148800
