scalar mandatory Enumeration 
This object shall contain a value indicating that LACP is 
          
operational, or not operational. If not operational, all units 
          
need to be upgraded to the latest agent version. For example, 
          
this value shall be set to 'not operational' if any unit in the stack
          
does not have the capability to support LACP.
