lossOfSignal (2) - xTU-R failure due to loss of signal.
lossOfPower (3) - xTU-R failure due to loss of power.Usually
this failure may be reported for CPE units
only.
unused (4) - This bit is never active on xTU-R.
lossOfSignalQuality (5) - Loss of Signal Quality is declared when
the Noise Margin falls below the Minimum
