reserved(1): before October 2012, value 1 means support
zxAnEventReceiverSecurityLevel and the SYNTAX of
zxAnEventReceiverIndex is DisplayString(SIZE(1..32)).
receiverPort(2): value 1 means support zxAnEventReceiverPort.
securityLevel(3): value 1 means support
zxAnEventReceiverSecurityLevel.
