Object
The amount of time (in 100ms increments) over which the threshold is defined. The default value is 10 (1 second). If OamErrFrameThreshold frame errors occur within a window of OamErrFrameWindow seconds (measured in tenths of seconds), an Event Notification OAMPDU should be generated with an Errored Frame Event TLV indicating the threshold has been crossed in this window.
