A row in this table is created using a
single SNMP SET request with varbinds for:
a) subVoiceRowStatus set to'CreateAndGo' and
the subid, lgid, and connectionindex as an index,
b) the following READ-CREATE object(s) without a
default value (DEFVAL):
* subVoiceEndPoint1AddrIndex
* subVoiceEndPoint2AddrIndex
* subVoiceConnectionType
* subVoiceExtPhoneNumber
