Notification associated with temperature sensor state. Sensor is of type 'Celsius'. The 'entPhySensorValue' shows the temperature value at the time the alarm system detected that the temperature had rised to or passed beyond the configured alarm rising threshold; except for temperatureHigh alarms at system startup, this would typically be equal to the temperature configured as the alarm rising threshold.
