Set the PKCS#12 passphrase used to import with `rpcCertFile`
This passphrase will be used during the import to decrypt the
container data. The `cfgWlan802dot1xClientKeyPassword` will then be
used to encrypt the client key on the device.
Applies to AP and STA.
