A count of the number of additional mPackets received due to preemption. The counter is incremented by one every time the state CHECK_FRAG_CNT in the Receive Processing State Diagram (see Figure 99 C6) is entered. This counter has a maximum increment rate of 160 000 counts per second at 100 Mb/s.
