protocols like PIM and IGMP/MLD and is disabled if it holds the value

The type of this address is determined by the value of the
tRPOperPSFromCritSrcInetAddrType object.
tRPOperPSFromCritSrcInetAddr object replaces
tRPOperPSFromCriteriaSrcAddr that supports only IPv4 address style
source.
