Entries are created when tRPAdminPSParamsAction is set to 'accept(1)',
'reject(2)', 'continue(3)' or 'nextPolicy(4)'. Entries are deleted
when a policy statement is destroyed or tRPAdminPSParamsAction is set
to value 'none(0)'.
