The value specified must be bigger then or equal to the value

If a value '0' is specified for any of the objects
tmnxRadSrvPlcyAcctInterimMinItvl, tmnxRadSrvPlcyAcctInterimMaxItvl, or
tmnxRadSrvPlcyAcctInterimlifetim, then all 3 objects will be set to
'0' by the system.
