sdpBndMldSnpgCfgMcacAvailMndBw sdpBndMldSnpgCfgMcacAvailOplBw
              
When multicast CAC Policy is applied on the interface for the join of
the next channel, the operational values will be recalculated and
applied to the above objects and the value for
sdpBndMldSnpgCfgMcacValInTrans will be set to 'false(2)'.
              
If the value of sdpBndMldSnpgCfgMcacValInTrans is 'true(1)' then the
values are in transition.
