The value of the object sdpBndMldSnpgCfgFastLeave specifies whether or
not fastleave is allowed on this SDP bind.
If set to 'inService(2)', the system prunes the port on which a MLD
'leave' message has been received without waiting for the Group
Specific Query to timeout.
