Object
The value of vRtrLdpSessServFecOverloadRecv indicates whether LSR
Overload Notification has been received from the LDP peer for Service
FEC Types.
The value of 'true' indicates that Peer LSR has set the LDP session as
overloaded for Service FEC types and is not ready to receive new Label
Mappings for any Service FEC Type. In this state no new Label Mapping
Message would be sent to peer for any Service FEC Type.
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
