The value of vRtrLdpSessMcastFecOverloadSent indicates whether LSR
Overload Notification has been sent to the LDP peer for Multicast FEC
Types.
The value of 'true' indicates that Local LSR has set the LDP session
as overloaded for Multicast FEC types and is not ready to receive new
Label Mappings for Multicast FEC Types. In this state if a Label
Mapping Message is received from peer for Multicast FEC types then the
Label is returned with a Label Release Message.
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
