communities. Total number of entries can not exceed 
elementNumberTrapReceivers. An entry is deleted from this
table by setting its IP address to '0.0.0.0'.
          
Note: one of the community strings must match to 
commonTrapCommunityString in SCTE-HMS-COMMON-MIB, if 
that is implemented.
