The value negotiation can be used only if PPP
or MLPPP interfaces are to run over the automatic
circuits.
              
The localAddressPool(3) option takes an IP 
address dynamically from the IP address pool
specified by the ifAutoProfileIpAddrPoolIndex.
              
If the method specified is other(1) then either
the IP address is not required or is obtained 
by some other method.
