This object specifies the BFD clients who are all registered for the particular session. When each client register for the session, the bit corresponding to the Client ID will be set in this field. For Example, if OSPF with client ID 1 registers for the session,then the first bit will be set in this field (i.e. 0x80 00 00 00)
