The modulation amplitude values for the Rx Last channel of a given remote connection entry. The expected format is VALUE VALUE VALUE ... VALUE. Each value is an octet representing two modulation values. Each modulation is coded on 4 bits representing ModulationValue - 1. There are ( 16 groups * 7 bands ) / 2 = 66 values.
