The Delay after the occurance of the curresponding shutdown event that Net Vision should issue shutdown request to connected clients. For WeeklyScheduledShutdown and SpecialScheduledShutdown, this is the time before the configured Shutdowntime when Net Vision will start sending the warning message to the connected clients. The value is in units of minutes.
