seconds.
The WTR timer is used to delay reversion of PSC state
to Normal state when recovering from a failure
condition on the working path when the protection
domain is configured for revertive behavior
This object may not be modified if the associated
sleMplsTpLpsCfgControlRowStatus object is equal to active(1).
