The length of time to keep the port
partitioned when a timed partition is
done to the port. This object can only
be written in the same request that sets
s5EnPortPartStatus to timedPartition(5).
Afterwards, it indicates the amount of
time left before the timed partition
is completed, at which time
s5EnPortPartStatus is changed to
enabled(2). This object has the value of
zero if the port is not time partitioned,
or if the amount of time is not available.
