column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The state of use of Input Number X. When a sensor is
connected to Input 1 set State to installed(2) to
indicate that the value of falconReading1 is valid.
When no sensor is connected to Input 1 set
State to notConfigured(1) to indicate that the value of
falconInputReading may not be valid.
