OctetString
A descriptive string associated with this
circuit. This provides a place for the
agent to supply any descriptive information
it knows about the use or owner of the
circuit. The agent may return the process
identifier and user name for the process
using the circuit. Alternative the agent
may return the name of the configuration
entry that caused a bridge to establish the
circuit. A zero length value indicates the
agent doesn't have any additional
information.
