scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Controls the preference rules used when choosing
among multiple AS-External-LSAs advertising the 
same destination. When this is enabled, the 
preference rule will be same as specified by 
RFC1583. When disabled, the new preference rule 
as described in RFC2328 will  be applicable, which
potentially prevents the routing loops when 
AS-External-LSAs for the same destination have 
been originated from different areas.
