Enable/disable Ipv6-Mode Flag.This flag is used only for VSP8200 and VSP4k because of the limitation in Trident2 where Ipv6 route with prefix-length >64 cannot be stored in the L3_defip table.Setting of this flag will combine both the TCAM's to store routes with prefix-length >64.
